At Burnout Welding, i provide professional mobile welding and metal fabrication services to the transportation/public service industry, offering reliable, on-site solutions that keep fleets, equipment, and infrastructure operating safely and efficiently. My expertise covers the fabrication, modification, and repair of a wide range of transportation-related components, including vehicle chassis, lorry bodies, trailers, tail lifts, ramps, fuel tanks, toolboxes, and support frames, as well as plant and haulage equipment, HGV and van bodywork, and specialised transport fixtures.

 

I also fabricate and repair loading bays, dock plates, access platforms, storage racks, safety barriers, and support structures commonly used in depots, yards, and maintenance facilities. All work is performed to the highest standards, I'm coded to BS EN ISO 9606-1 and welding procedures qualified in accordance with BS EN ISO 15614, ensuring compliance, durability, and structural integrity in every application.

I'm skilled in MIG/MAG, TIG, and MMA (stick) welding, working across mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium to deliver both light fabrication and heavy-duty welding. Whether you need custom fabrication, reinforcement work, accident repairs, corrosion rectification, or load-bearing modifications, I bring a fully equipped mobile workshop directly to your site to minimise downtime and get your vehicles and equipment back in service quickly. I also undertake preventative maintenance and inspection-based welding to help operators meet DVSA and transport safety standards.
