We fabricate and weld a wide range of structural and architectural steel components, including columns, beams, lintels, braces, staircases, handrails, balustrades, platforms, catwalks, and custom steelwork assemblies, as well as bespoke brackets, frames, and supports designed to meet individual project requirements.
Our welders are coded to BS EN ISO 9606-1 standards and operate to WPS and WPQR certification in accordance with BS EN ISO 15614, ensuring every weld meets strict quality and performance criteria. We are experienced in MMA (stick), MIG/MAG, and TIG welding processes across carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminium, providing versatility across both fabrication and site welding environments.

Burnout Welding works in full alignment with BS EN 1090-1 Execution Class standards, ensuring all fabricated structural components are CE/UKCA marked where required. We adhere strictly to Health and Safety at Work Regulations, maintain robust risk assessments and method statements (RAMS), and ensure all operatives are trained and competent to current CSCS and site safety standards.
